For the range of escutcheons we have developed, it consist of Plastic, Zinc, Steel or Stainless steel underconstructions / base, with various shapes and heights of stainless steel outer cover - from punched / drawn thin sheet material to solid / CNC casting. With the capacity of adapting different cylinder lengths, plus anti-drilling security feature where it requires. 

 

On the stainless steel cover plates or trims, we offer the drawn thin sheet process, adding the unique shearing process to guarantee the even/unified height for the general applications. For high end security covers, solid stainless steel casting or CNC plates are made to meet our clients specification. Further machining process are also adapted to create fixing slots, holes to suit the getting popular electronic and digital smart access control systems.
