Growing further from our traditional door & window hardware industrial, we expand our service to supplying other industrial component in metal and plastic parts. From a small light weight Sintered MIM part for less than 1 gram to a Investment Casting part up to 20 kilograms, as it is in raw status or with additional CNC process, heat treatment and surface finishing applied. Complying to the specific testing criteria such as mechanic properties standards, pressure/stress test and so on. Our experienced technical engineers in the specific field will help our clients from development consultation to product delivery stage to ensure the components meet our client’s specifications with consistent quality durability and reliability. 

 

The manufacturing process involved in the range of components we can offer including but not limited to Sintered MIM, Investment casting process, High pressure die casting, Plastic Injection molding and CNC machining process.
