Sintering & MIN (Metal Injection molding):

The Metal Injection molding process combines the principles of plastic injection molding and powdered metallurgy to produce complex and light weight parts. It offers a further level up than Investment casting, where complex and thin geometries, intricate features, tighter tolerance and finer surface finish is needed. In general, it eliminating the need for secondary processing and the cost-effective advantage is obvious on small components, as a rule of thumb,  for parts with less than 40 grams in weight.   

The material we can provide including 304, 316, 17-4PH, 420, 440 stainless steel; Steel based 4605, 8620 etc. Further heat treatment and surface processing can be applied to enhance the mechanical properties for strength, hardness, wear and corrosion resistance.
